I live in San Antonio Texas and I would like to know if I will be needing an SR22 if I get caught driving without insurance for the second time?

The Texas law requires people who operate vehicle in Texas to be able to pay for any motor vehicle accidents they cause. Most motorist do this by purchasing auto liability insurance.
